Product Details

Ingredients: Marcelle’s Flour Blend eggs, vegetable shortening, raw cane, sugar, psyllium husk, xanthan gum, salt.

What you need: parchment paper, 2 eggs, water, baking sheet

Direction: In bowl add 2 eggs and 2 1/4 cup of water to dry mix. Blend until smooth, place parchment paper on baking sheet, place 1/4 cup of mix on parchment paper, add 2 to 3 more. Place a second parchment paper on top and press down on each one with flat surface (a pie tin) Each should be 4 to 5 in diameter, bake 10 to 12 minutes at 350. tin)

You can treat this tortilla or wrap as you would a regular one, they roll up nice with no cracks.
