Product Details

Ingredients: Buck wheat flour, fava flour, chickpea flour, tapioca, corn flour, potato starch. rice flour eggs psyllium husk, skim milk powder, sugar, shortening, yeast baking powder, xanthan gum, salt.

Cooking Instructions:

Dough can be at room temp or from fridge, spray 16 in pizza sheet with non stick spray. Flatten dough to the desired thickness, if it is not doing what you want roll it into a ball and start again. Preheat to 350 F. Bake for 5 min. then Place toppings on dough, put on the center rack in oven Dough should be cooked for 15-18 min when rolled out thin, if thicker it may take 20-25 min depends on oven. Lift the edges of the pizza up with spatula, pizza crust should be brown underneath and lift as one piece.

This is our best pizza dough in my opinion, it rises just a little, and has a nice flavor.
