Product Details

Ingredients: Marcelle's Flour Blend, bean, tapioca, corn starch, potato starch, sugar, xanthan gum, skim milk powdered, psyllium husk, yeast, shortening, baking powder, salt.

What you need to supply: FRYING PAN GLUTEN FREE FLOUR, 3/4 CUP WATER, 1/4 CUP YOUGART

Directions PLACE WATER, YOGURT AND BAG OF MIX IN BOWL, MIX BY HAND, VERY WET DOUGH. DUST COUNTER WELL WITH FLOUR KNEAD WELL UNTIL DOUGH IS THICK ENOUGH TO ROLL OUT INTO GOLF SIZE BALLS. ROLL OUT EACH BALL AS THIN AS POSSIBLE, PLACE IN A CAST IRON FRYING ON MEDIUM TO HIGH HEAT. COOK ON BOTH SIDES OF THE NAN BREAD UNTIL BROWN.

This has the texture of a true Naan bread.
