Ingredients Almond Flour, Flax meal, Psyllium Husk Baking powder salt Directions Place 7 egg whites in Mixer, using a whisk attachment, turn it on med high. Place 1 3/4 cup of warm water in a large bowl, Egg whites should be stiff, before starting the following. Add, bag of mix to warm water and either mix by hand or use hook attachment and use mixer. Once the water and mix is well blended add egg whites using hook attachment or by hand fold into mix.DO NOT OVER MIX Using greased 8 x 4 loaf pan spoon dough into pan Then place loaf pan into preheated oven 350, 70 to 80 mins
