Ingredients: Oats, Marcelle’s Flour Blend brown sugar, baking soda, salt

What you need to supply: Mixer, 9 by 13 2 CUPS PITTED DATES, 11/2 CUPS BUTTER, 1/2 SUGAR

In bowl add 2 cups of Dates to 2/3 cup of water and 1/2 cup sugar. Boil until dates softened, let cool Separate 1 1/3 cups of mix from bag to be used to make topping Mix remainder with 3/4 soft butter until crumbly press into 9x13 pan. Combine bowl with 1 1/3 cup with 1/3 cup of cold butter until crumbly, sprinkle on top. Bake at 350F for approximately 10 to 15 minutes until brown on top (depending on your oven).
