Ingredients: MARCELLE’S FLOUR BLEND, SUGAR, BROWN SUGAR, BAKING POWDER, BAKING SODA

CINNAMON, NUTMEG, CLOVES, SALT

What you need to supply:

Mixer, Muffin tin., 1/2 CUP WALNUTS, 2 CUP GRATED CARROTS, 4 EGGS, 1/2 CUP CRUSHED PINEAPPLE DRAINED, 1 1/4 VEGETABLE OIL, 1/3 CUP CORN SYRUP

ADD 4 EGGS, 2 CUPS GRATED CARROT, 1/2 CUP WALNUTS, 11/4 CUP OF VEGETABLE OIL, 1/2 CUP DRAINED CRUSHED PINEAPPLE 1/3 CUP CORN SYRUP, INTO BOWL SIFT MARCELLE’S CARROT MIX AND ADD TO BOWL MIX UNTIL WELL BLENDED BAKE AT 350 FOR 20 TO 25 MINUITES USE KNIFE TEST MAKES 12 PLUS MUFFINS OR 1 LAYER OF CAKE IN 9X13 PAN
