Ingredients: SIFT BAG OF FLOUR MIX BEFORE STARTING MARCELLE'S FLOUR BLEND, SUGAR, BAKING POWDER, BAKINGSODA CINNAMON.NUTMEG, CLOVES

What you need to supply: 1 CUP CHOPPED APPLE, 1 CUP SOUR CREAM, 1 CUP CRANBERRIES, ¼ CUP VEGETABLE OIL, 2 EGGS.

Directions:

IN A BOWL ADD, 1/4 CUP VEG OIL, 1 CUP SOUR CREAM, 1 CUP OF CHOPPED APPLES, WE USE GRANNY SMITH, 2 EGGS, 1 CUP CRANBERRIES ADD SIFTED DRY MIX TO WET PLEASE MIX TO BLENDED, DO NOT OVER MIX, BAKE AT 350 FOR 20 TO 25 MINUTES, DEPENDING ON OVEN, USE KNIFE TO TEST IF BAKED
